Joined L J Boyce in 1986 and has been delighted to carry the family business forward. Mark has carried out all aspects of estate agency and has a passion to continually develop the business. After stints in London and Edinburgh, Mark returned to Brixham back in 1986 to follow in his Grandfatherâ€™s steps. Mark feels extremely privileged to work in such a lovely community with such diverse properties. Mark has literally sold thousands of Brixham homes since the mid-Eighties!
Janet started at L J Boyce in 1997 and soon showed her superb organisational skills and was appointed Office Manager. Janet is a local girl who knows Brixham extremely well and has lived in the port all her life. Consequently Janet has exceptional local knowledge and manages the team in a highly efficient manner. Janet is office based.
A local Brixham lad who gained a Masters Degree in Product Design but eventually returned to Torbay to work in Estate Agency. Having gained five yearsâ€™ experience in Torquay and Paignton, Will went back to his roots and joined L J Boyce in March 2012. Will loves his Brixham â€œpatchâ€ and again has great knowledge and many local contacts. Will prides himself on giving â€œbest adviceâ€ and is prepared to go the â€œextra mileâ€.
Alice started in estate agency in 2007 and during these 12 years has gained a wealth of knowledge in the Torbay and South Hams market. We welcomed Alice into our team in Spring 2019. Alice was born and raised in Brixham so naturally she has many local friends and has established herself as one of Brixham's most experienced property professionals.
Ben joined Boyce Brixham in May 2018. Ben is a local lad and has lived in Brixham all his life. Ben has worked in the property sector before for a tenant referencing firm in Teignmouth. Ben is excited to be working in his hometown and being involved in Brixham property.Â
Kit joined L J Boyce in March 2017 as IT/Digital Developer. A local boy to the area. Kit was previously an Ict Technician at one of the local secondary schools, but he decided it was time for a new challenge. As well as working on the digital side of things, Kit will also be working in office. He is very much looking forward to learning everything involved with estate agency.
Avril started her estate agency career in Middlesex where she was very successful & was used to working at a fast London pace and negotiating hard on the behalf of vendors. After some years in the industry she moved down to Torbay with her family and joined the team in 2011. Avril is tenacious and enjoys matching the right home to the right person. She is also great at chasing solicitors & conveyancers when needed!
Allison joined L J Boyce in 2008 after making the big move with her family from the South East. In the early years Allison had a career in banking. Since 2010 Allison has been operating in the L J Boyce Lettings Department which has grown in size.

Boyce Brixham Covid-19 Information Regarding Viewings and Valuations
Following the latest change in government guidelines. Our Director Mark Boyce has the following message about the New Procedures and Strict Guidelines we will be following to ensure the safety and well being of our Staff, Clients and potential buyers.
"Welcome Back!As you are probably aware The Government has now lifted restrictions on Valuations & property viewings and we are now ready to safely organise these for you in line with Government and Health England guidelines. You will see links here to both The Government Guidelines and The Guild ‘Safe as houses’ Protocol (Links below). We strongly suggest that you read these prior to making appointments for valuations or viewings so that you are aware of the responsibilities that both you and ourselves must undertake.
We are talking with our vendors and many will accept viewings from now but some naturally prefer to still avoid viewings (especially if they are vulnerable or self-isolating). We have been working effectively from home but from Monday 18th May we will be operating from our offices again but urge you to call or send an email rather than visit the offices. We will only be permitted to allow into the office one person at any one time so calling or emailing may save you waiting in the street!
