CHARMING 3 BED MID TERRACE - This real hidden gem has a lot to offer from its modest front facade but don't let that deceive you as upon entrance to this quirky cottage you are greeted with a lovely long living room which opens out even further to a fantastic size kitchen. The whole property wont fail to impress with even more to discover as you move through - internal viewing a must!
A simply magnificent family home with lots of character and charm - a real hidden gem that has so much more to offer than the front facade will let on. Upon entrance to this quirky house you are immediately impressed with the lovely size of the living room that oozes with character from the old stone walls and its fantastic size. The property also has a superb size kitchen - something more akin to a much larger family home and with its part-glazed ceiling it is very light and bright. There are 3 bedrooms in total - two of which will take double beds and the third smaller room is a decent size for either bunk beds or indeed a good size single bedroom. The rear courtyard-style garden is a real afternoon sun trap and is a perfect size to enjoy but not labour over, perfectly positioned just off the kitchen a great place for al-fresco dining in a tranquil setting.
The property is very well presented throughout and has had some recent improvements including a new British Gas installed good quality Worcester Bosch combi boiler. The kitchen is a smart shaker style and the family shower room has a nice pastel nautical feel. The living room is lovely and has old exposed limestone walls with two fireplaces, one of which houses a gas living flame wood burner style Fire, a real focal point. The whole makes this charming property very appealing to first time buyers, investors, those looking to downsize and indeed the holiday home owners.
The location is super for easy access straight to town as Bolton street joins the main Fore street parade of shops at the bottom of the road where the Harbour can be found at the end of Fore street, all literally a few minutes level walk away. There are so many amenities to hand simply too many to mention, but it is ideally located for those with children for schools and clubs, those requiring local shops and easy access or indeed those wanting a level location near to doctors, hospitals and the chemist. Everything to suit a wide variety of demands and needs with a bus service immediately to hand also. There is on street parking available on Windmill Hill opposite, Wren Hill around the corner and many other roads nearby, once you get a feel for the surrounding area on street parking is not difficult at all.
Then all you need to do is get in touch to ask any questions or arrange a viewing. We'd love to show you around!

Boyce Brixham Covid-19 Information Regarding Viewings and Valuations
Following the latest change in government guidelines. Our Director Mark Boyce has the following message about the New Procedures and Strict Guidelines we will be following to ensure the safety and well being of our Staff, Clients and potential buyers.
"Welcome Back!As you are probably aware The Government has now lifted restrictions on Valuations & property viewings and we are now ready to safely organise these for you in line with Government and Health England guidelines. You will see links here to both The Government Guidelines and The Guild Safe as houses Protocol (Links below). We strongly suggest that you read these prior to making appointments for valuations or viewings so that you are aware of the responsibilities that both you and ourselves must undertake.
We are talking with our vendors and many will accept viewings from now but some naturally prefer to still avoid viewings (especially if they are vulnerable or self-isolating). We have been working effectively from home but from Monday 18th May we will be operating from our offices again but urge you to call or send an email rather than visit the offices. We will only be permitted to allow into the office one person at any one time so calling or emailing may save you waiting in the street!
As before all calls for Sales will be answered on 01803 852736. Lettings can be contacted by email on email@example.com"
