A beautiful example of an impressive four bedroom Victorian Home. This house has been sympathetically decorated throughout, retaining many original features. It is located in a level and very convenient position for the Town Centre, Harbour and many of Brixham's amenities. A perfect family home or holiday retreat.
Greenswood Road is perfectly positioned on the level with easy access to the heart of the stunning port town of Brixham. Berry Head Country Park is very close by along with the well regarded Brixham Rugby Club. St Marys Park is approximately ten minutes walk away and Brixham's main shopping parade and harbour are about a five minute walk.
The accommodation is very spacious, having the added benefit of a fantastic reconfigured kitchen. The period features provide a wealth of character and charm and can be found throughout the property, along with high ceilings. On the ground floor the property has two large reception rooms. The living room has a wonderful sash bay window which allows a lot of natural light. There is also a multi fuel burner and original cupboards inset either side of the chimney breast. The hallway leads to the dining room, which has a sash window looking out to the rear garden. There is a decorative cast iron fireplace and shelving into one alcove with original storage cupboards below. The kitchen is accessed through an opening to a fabulous kitchen/breakfast room which has been reconfigured creating ample floorspace for table and chairs. There is plenty of worktop area and an array of cupboards. Access to the rear garden, is through bi-folding doors at the end of the kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a bay window and again is a very light room. The second bedroom has the benefit of overlooking the garden. The third is currently used as a study/home office and houses the gas central heating boiler (inside a linen cupboard). The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower and has been well appointed. On the top floor there is a further double bedroom with good storage.
Outside the rear garden has been beautifully landscaped with a raised decked area which gets a great amount of sun and then a further seating area covered by a pergola with already established climbers. There is direct access onto the service lane behind (which leads to Doctors Road and Burton Street). The patio space is ideal for barbecues as it adjoins the doors into the kitchen. There is on street parking available to the front with many more on street parking spaces available on nearby roads.
Then all you need to do is get in touch to ask any questions or arrange a viewing. We'd love to show you around!

Boyce Brixham Covid-19 Information Regarding Viewings and Valuations
Following the latest change in government guidelines. Our Director Mark Boyce has the following message about the New Procedures and Strict Guidelines we will be following to ensure the safety and well being of our Staff, Clients and potential buyers.
"Welcome Back!As you are probably aware The Government has now lifted restrictions on Valuations & property viewings and we are now ready to safely organise these for you in line with Government and Health England guidelines. You will see links here to both The Government Guidelines and The Guild Safe as houses Protocol (Links below). We strongly suggest that you read these prior to making appointments for valuations or viewings so that you are aware of the responsibilities that both you and ourselves must undertake.
We are talking with our vendors and many will accept viewings from now but some naturally prefer to still avoid viewings (especially if they are vulnerable or self-isolating). We have been working effectively from home but from Monday 18th May we will be operating from our offices again but urge you to call or send an email rather than visit the offices. We will only be permitted to allow into the office one person at any one time so calling or emailing may save you waiting in the street!
As before all calls for Sales will be answered on 01803 852736. Lettings can be contacted by email on email@example.com"
