TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER’S NAME AND ADDRESS

2. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
This competition has been created to promote getting your property ready for spring in collaboration with Brewers Decorating Centres (www.brewers.co.uk). The competition will be held on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and will be in the format of following a set of instructions as outlined in the post.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter, simply follow the instructions (To like the Boyce Brixham Facebook Page, To Share the Original Post and to tag 2 People in the Comments Section on the Original Post) as given on the original Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn post. You may only have one entry per social media platform to this promotion.
4. START DATE AND END DATE
The competition will begin on Friday 28th February 2020 at 5:30pm (GMT) and will close on Friday 13th March 2020 at 4:00pm (GMT) when one winner will be selected.
5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
A winner will be selected at random from the entrants on Friday 13th March. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by a ‘reply’ on their original comment. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address via private message to which the Prize will be delivered.
In the event that the winner does not return details of their postal address to the Promoter within 3 days of notification that they have won, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
By entering you acknowledge that you may be required to be used in publicity if you are selected as a winner.
The prize is £250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds) worth of Brewers Decorating Centre Vouchers. Terms and Conditions for Brewers Decorating Centres can be found here www.brewers.co.uk/about/termsofuse
The prize is non-transferable and excludes travel and any additional costs and expenses.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prize above.
The winner will be expected to collect the prize from our office at 49 Fore Street, Brixham, TQ5 8AG.
7. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Entries submitted by automated competition entry mechanisms are not eligible and will be deleted.
This competition is for UK residents only.
1. The name of the winner may be published on the official Boyce Brixham social media pages including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
2. By accepting these terms, you accept that the Promoter is entitled to use your personal details for selection of a winner and for promotional and communication purposes.
3. Your details are provided to the Promoter and not to the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and this prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn in any way.
4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Boyce Brixham Covid-19 Information Regarding Viewings and Valuations
Following the latest change in government guidelines. Our Director Mark Boyce has the following message about the New Procedures and Strict Guidelines we will be following to ensure the safety and well being of our Staff, Clients and potential buyers.
"Welcome Back!As you are probably aware The Government has now lifted restrictions on Valuations & property viewings and we are now ready to safely organise these for you in line with Government and Health England guidelines. You will see links here to both The Government Guidelines and The Guild ‘Safe as houses’ Protocol (Links below). We strongly suggest that you read these prior to making appointments for valuations or viewings so that you are aware of the responsibilities that both you and ourselves must undertake.
We are talking with our vendors and many will accept viewings from now but some naturally prefer to still avoid viewings (especially if they are vulnerable or self-isolating). We have been working effectively from home but from Monday 18th May we will be operating from our offices again but urge you to call or send an email rather than visit the offices. We will only be permitted to allow into the office one person at any one time so calling or emailing may save you waiting in the street!
