On Average We Take 26.2 Minutes Inside a Property Before Putting in an Offer.

A property is probably one of the biggest assets, we will ever buy! So how long does it take us to decide whether or not a property is right for us? Well....

According to statistics provided by Zoopla. In the South West, on average, we spend 26.2 minutes inside a property before we decide whether or not to make an offer on a property. Which is 62% less than the time taken to decide on a car (88.8 minutes), Even a mobile phone takes us 46 minutes.

However, we do spend 80 hours researching about a house online. Which could be used to explain why we only need 26 minutes, because we know all the details. It's  comes down to the hallway effect. The first impression you get when you walk through that front door, 24% of people know within 10 minutes or less if the property "is for them."

All in all, We spend less time making a decision inside the property, then we do researching outside of the property.
