Figures are well up on 2012 and all the indications are that 2014 should be a very positive year. Brixham prices have not seen any major 'lift' yet and most vendors are still having to be reasonable when considering offers. We do feel that the market will continue to be strong, even through the winter months as purchasers are aware that 2014 may see some hardening in values with, perhaps, some modest price increases?"
