At the end of April, The Channel 4 Show Location Location Location were in town, trying to help another couple find the right home for them here in Brixham. The show looked at a range of properties with us and covered areas such as Goodrington, Galmpton and Churston.
Will Litherland from Boyce Brixham, spent a good morning with the Director and Producer of the show. Trying to find properties that suited the brief. The couple wanted a 3 bedroom property with a garden and a space for a home business. Will used his expert knowledge of our properties and showed them a range.
Two of our properties were chosen for the shortlist, which led to them being chosen to film for the show. Will was on hand during the filming to answer any questions by the production team or Kirstie. Will also consulted with Phil at the second property.
"As a big fan of the show I was thrilled to be involved, and meet Kirstie, Phil and the crew. All were really pleasant and very courteous with our vendors and their properties. I was particularly impressed with how attentive and interested in the properties both Kirstie and Phil were, and it is very evident they are always trying their very best to find the right property for the clients, which is no small feat in such a small window of time and with what is available in a buoyant market like Torbay. Needless to say I am now a bigger fan of the show and Kirstie, oh and not to forget Phil!"
We haven't had a confirmed date of when the show will be on TV, but keep an eye out on our social media pages and we will post the date.

Boyce Brixham Covid-19 Information Regarding Viewings and Valuations
Following the latest change in government guidelines. Our Director Mark Boyce has the following message about the New Procedures and Strict Guidelines we will be following to ensure the safety and well being of our Staff, Clients and potential buyers.
"Welcome Back!As you are probably aware The Government has now lifted restrictions on Valuations & property viewings and we are now ready to safely organise these for you in line with Government and Health England guidelines. You will see links here to both The Government Guidelines and The Guild ‘Safe as houses’ Protocol (Links below). We strongly suggest that you read these prior to making appointments for valuations or viewings so that you are aware of the responsibilities that both you and ourselves must undertake.
We are talking with our vendors and many will accept viewings from now but some naturally prefer to still avoid viewings (especially if they are vulnerable or self-isolating). We have been working effectively from home but from Monday 18th May we will be operating from our offices again but urge you to call or send an email rather than visit the offices. We will only be permitted to allow into the office one person at any one time so calling or emailing may save you waiting in the street!
As before all calls for Sales will be answered on 01803 852736. Lettings can be contacted by email on firstname.lastname@example.org"
