Having just completed a very successful year we are very positive about 2014. Many of our buyers come from outside Devon and it is quite apparent that many areas of the country are now returning back to normal levels of property sales freeing up buyers to head towards Brixham with intent!
Director Mark Boyce commented: "Brixham is still as attractive as ever and prices remain at realistic levels. Brixham as a town has progressed nicely despite the back drop of a number of recessionary years. We expect this year to be as active as 2013 with a very healthy number of sales. This might be the year where we see the balance between vendors and purchasers even out a little. We have now had a number of years where buyers have had the upper hand but we predict that vendors may well gain a little more power in negotiations."
